Data Processing and Privacy Protection:

The collection of personal data during your visit on our websites is reduced to a minimum which is technically necessary.

Our website is optimized to ensure your privacy protection according to German law (BDSG - Bundesdatenschutzgesetz) and European regulations (GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation). You can use the entire website of SGRadio.eu completely anonymously.

During your visit on our website we might collect information about you that is not personally identifiable, such as:

- date and time stamp of the server request
- browser type and version
- operating system
- referrer URL
- hostname / anonymized* IP address of the accessing computer

These data aren't personally identifiable. All IP addresses in the access logs will be automatically anonymized* on the server to ensure you privacy. Further all access logs will be deleted automatically after 365 days. The information collected will be used only for internal purposes (visit statistics as well as to detect server errors and to prevent fraudulent actions on the server) and will not be shared with any third party or used for commercial purposes.

* The anonymization of the IP address happens server-side. The last two digits are replaced by zeros. Example: the complete IP address 192.168.999.99 in the "Access Log" becomes the anonymized IP address 192.168.0.0 - this provides sufficient anonymization in order to prevent any conclusions to the website's visitor.

Cookies:

We do not use so-called cookies on our website. You can check on the site www.cookiemetrix.com whether our website uses cookies and which cookies are involved.

E-Mails:

Received e-mails including our replies to them will be stored arbitrarily as long as the sender didn't revoke or object to the storage. The data will never hand on to a third party.

Right to Information & Right of Objection

You have the right to request the information which kind of personal data from you have been stored. At any time you can also request the correction, deletion or restriction of the data processing of your personal data. You have also the right to object the data processing of your personal data.

If you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully, you will have the possibility to file your complaint to a regulatory agency.

Website Protection:

We protect our website against attacks from the outside such as hacker intrusion, bad bots or reconaissance of vulnerabilities. The implemented safety measures have no impact on your website visit. The implemented firewall prevents server-sided certain undesired access trials without being sanctioned. On top of that we have also implemented extended safety measures which will sanction any violation - once a violation is detected the triggering IP will be logged and blocked for future visits. It is not possible to trigger these safety measures inadvertently. Should you however violate against to expectations the extended safety measures, the system detects your behaviour as attack and your IP address will be blocked. You will have the possibility to contact the webmaster to solve the issue (as shown on the 403 error page).

Legal Basis:

The legal basis for the storage of personal data is article 6 (1) f) of the regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). Accordingly, processing is lawful where it is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of the controller (or a third party), unless the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject requiring personal data protection prevail, in particular if: the affected person is a child.

It is possible that applications or websites provided by third parties may collect and use information from you in the case you are following links from our website - this is out of the sphere of influence of SGRadio.eu and thus SGRadio.eu cannot be held responsible for it. When activating the radio player, a new window will open automatically and you leave the sphere of influence of SGRadio.eu. SG Radio Like-Button

Our Like button is a separate feature of the website and is not linked to any third party application. As soon as you click the like button, your IP address will be stored in a protected file. This entry is made without further data entry, such as time stamp or geo-data. By clicking the like button again, the entry will be deleted again (in this case it is a prerequisite that this is done with the same IP address). If you are against storing the IP address, please refrain from using the like button.
